Tap cycles Neutral → Green → Red. Long-press (mobile) or right-click (desktop) toggles Answering (blue).
Award points: +2 to Answering (blue), +1 to all Greens, then colours reset. Question counter increments on Award.
When Disable Tables is ON, tapping a table toggles it disabled/enabled.
